A printout of your Walmart Pharmacy vaccine history is available to view and download on the pharmacy website. This history will only include vaccines you received at a Walmart Pharmacy.
- Sign in to the Walmart Pharmacy website.
- Select Vaccine history under the My Account section of the Pharmacy Home Page.
- Your pharmacy history for all time will display, inclusive of all family members you manage.
- To change the date range or Vaccine type, select the Filters down arrow below Showing.
- To display by family member, select the My Family down arrow below Showing.
- Select Download.
- Select PDF or CSV file.
- Select Download.
- The download will include all managed family members regardless of vaccine history.
